I am of peasant origin. I was born in the small town of San Bernardo, Durango, on February 5, 1943, in the third to last place of the 16 children my parents had; In addition to Ofelia, the eldest, sister for adoption from a very young age. Currently 10 siblings survive. My entire family emigrated to Mexico City in 1953 so that we could study; we all manage to have a productive and successful life. I have all the support of my dear wife María Consuelo and four children, Oscar Francisco, Lilia Carolina, Gabriel Rodrigo and Urpi Dainzú, all outstanding professionals.
